Journey

We paddle towards that light,
Which has the ultimate glow,
To light up the souls in us.
You and I, have the same dream,
Same destination to reach,
Though we travel in two canoes.
We met, as a flower bloom,
In a scorching day of summer.
We fell in love, even though,
We were so scared of it,
As a lost ship finds a lighthouse
In between the journey to the destiny.
We paddle, in two different canoes,
With one beautiful dream.
How long! We both don’t know.
Tie our kayaks together,
Just to travel with pleasure.
